Terms of Service

Jewels of the Veld is a retail service, supplying Rare and Exclusive plants and Bonsai accessories.

Trading options are on verified social media platforms, Online store on the Jewels of the Veld website and on selected Markets.

All payments must be paid in full before order is shipped.

Payments can be made via EFT; our sales team will assist through with orders placed on social media

Payments through the website will be securely done through Payfast.

Payment with cash or card on selected markets will be accepted.

Deliveries will be made possible through The Courier Guy – Pudo.

Your personal information “billing and delivery information” will not be shared or used for any other purpose except for Payfast and The Courier Guy – Pudo to get your parcel paid and delivered to you.

Delivery options on checkout are based on packaging, packaging material, Locker to Door or Locker to Locker Medium parcels.

Delivery can take up to 5-7 workdays.

Succulents can either be sent potted or bare root. If specified in the “Additional Information” section on checkout option.

If no selection is made, we will decide ourselves which option will be most fitting.

All bonsai will be shipped potted.
